- Responsible for the maintenance of number of systems including but not limited to the following – controls, motors, pumps, inverters, boilers, chillers, steaming units and other plant machinery.
- Responsible for daily checks on the plant machinery so that they work at optimum efficiency.
- Procures services, supplies and materials.
- Plans and estimates project and program costs.
- Monitors and evaluates maintenance and mechanical programs and schedules.
- Inspects Mechanical Equipment for needed repairs and maintenance; establishes a schedule of preventative maintenance and recommends priority of repair projects.
- Works with, trains, assigns and supervises skilled Mechanical team and other personnel.
- Provides input to management for employee evaluations.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for factory workers
- Responsible for other general management of plant machinery and related tasks, within the organization and as well as with external organizations.
