Regency Marketing PVT.LTD is a platform to fulfill the real-estate investment needs of the growing market, through using a client-centric approach.
This is a warm lead qualifier position.
We are looking for someone who can do quality lead generation and is responsible for managing multiple lead sources and building relationships with the lead to get the sale.
The right agent knows what questions to ask, how to push ahead without being overly assertive.
Engage new and existing customers to expand awareness, educate, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
Responsibilities and Duties are:
- The Lead Generator will take ownership of generating new leads for the business and aim to maximize the potential
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- To be proactive in identifying opportunities.
- To build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
- Work closely with Client Services and Inside Sales teams to ensure that inquiries and requests are promptly addressed
- Provide feedback to management and marketing regarding customer needs and concerns
- To Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
Skills and Knowledge:
- Previous B2B or B2C sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- A positive approach to objection handling is essential.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM o Social Networking.
- We are looking for someone upbeat and organized.
