Regency Marketing PVT.LTD is a platform to fulfill the real-estate investment needs of the growing market, through using a client-centric approach.We are looking for someone who is responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction, managing multiple lead sources and must maintain relationships with current clients and build relationships with new ones

The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. There will be an opportunity to learn to deliver these opportunities through the sales cycle to successful closure.

Responsibilities and Duties are:

  • To generate new leads for the business, follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Research and analyze sales options.
  • Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • To be proactive in identifying opportunities.
  • To build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
  • Work closely with Client Services and Inside Sales teams to ensure that inquiries and requests are promptly addressed
  • Provide feedback to management and marketing regarding customer needs and concerns
  • To Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Previous B2B or B2C sales experience
  • Experience in sales and marketing is a huge plus.
  • It is recommended that you hold at least a bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • A positive approach to objection handling is essential
  • Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
  • A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM , Social Networking
  • We are looking for someone upbeat and organized
