The Regional Head B2G at Jazz is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and managing strategic partnerships with government and public sector organizations. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that align with Jazz’s vision of digital transformation. The role requires a thorough understanding of the ServiceCo landscape, including GSM, Data, Fixed connectivity, M2M/IoT, and Quantica. Reporting directly to the Head of B2G, the Regional Head will lead a team of six and operate primarily from Islamabad and Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to increase revenue through government partnerships. Identify and prioritize public sector opportunities such as tenders, projects, and strategic initiatives. Maintain a strong pipeline of B2G opportunities to ensure sustained business growth.

Project Planning and Execution:
Identify government business opportunities within the region and lead evaluation and participation efforts. Participate in pre-bid meetings to understand project requirements, address queries, and gather inputs for proposal development. Oversee project execution according to defined milestones and quality standards, providing regular progress updates and resolving any issues promptly.

Portfolio Management:
Achieve portfolio goals by securing high-value contracts and exploring new revenue streams. Manage escalated client concerns through regular engagement and incorporate feedback to enhance service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with product and marketing teams to foster innovation. Lead the team to meet productivity targets and manage client portfolios effectively. Develop compelling proposals, business cases, and presentations tailored for government stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Service Delivery, and CRA teams to ensure offerings meet market demands. Facilitate smooth execution of partnership agreements and deliverables. Provide senior management with regular updates on sales performance, market intelligence, and strategic initiatives.

Compliance and Governance:
Ensure all partnerships and contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, business development, or partnership management with a focus on the public sector.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-value accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the public sector landscape in Pakistan, including government procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
