The Regional Head B2G at Jazz is a senior leadership role based in Islamabad, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with government and public sector organizations. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing high-value accounts, and delivering innovative digital transformation solutions that align with Jazz’s vision. Reporting directly to the Head of B2G, the Regional Head will lead a team of six professionals and utilize in-depth knowledge of the ServiceCo landscape—including GSM, Data, Fixed connectivity, M2M/IoT, and Quantica—to build long-term relationships and ensure sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy targeting government partnerships. Identify and prioritize public sector opportunities such as tenders and strategic projects. Maintain a strong pipeline of B2G opportunities to drive continuous revenue growth.

Project Planning and Execution: Lead the identification and evaluation of government business opportunities within the region. Participate in pre-bid meetings to understand project requirements and contribute to proposal development. Oversee project execution, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met, while providing regular progress updates and resolving issues promptly.

Portfolio Management: Achieve portfolio goals by securing high-value contracts and exploring new revenue streams. Address escalated client concerns through proactive engagement and feedback integration. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with product and marketing teams to support innovation. Manage team performance to meet productivity targets and ensure effective client portfolio management. Prepare compelling proposals, business cases, and presentations tailored for government stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Service Delivery, and CRA teams to align offerings with market needs. Ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements and deliverables. Provide senior management with regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Compliance and Governance: Ensure all partnerships and contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or ICT is required, with an MBA and ICT knowledge preferred. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, particularly within the public sector. A proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-value accounts is essential. Strong understanding of Pakistan’s public sector landscape, including government procurement processes and regulations, is required. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are necessary, along with the ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
