The Regional Manager – Emerging Business Solutions will be responsible for driving growth across alternative enterprise business lines within the designated region. This includes key areas such as Payroll Digitization, Corporate QR Enablement, and Mini App Channel Development. The role requires a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader who can balance acquiring new business with strengthening existing partnerships. The manager will lead a team of contractual staff and work closely with regional enterprise, product, and operations teams to deliver comprehensive business results. Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Business, this position is critical in expanding JazzCash’s presence in emerging digital financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Ownership: Take full accountability for meeting regional KPIs related to Payroll Digitization, Corporate QR, and Mini App business lines. Lead efforts in onboarding, activating, and retaining enterprise clients while maintaining high client engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Market Development: Identify new business opportunities within underpenetrated corporate and SME segments. Conduct detailed regional market analysis to target potential payroll clients, salary processors, and corporate QR partners.
- Mini App Growth: Drive the adoption of the JazzCash Mini App among corporate and retail partners. Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to onboard new partners, manage integration testing, and monitor ongoing performance and usage metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between regional sales teams, central product teams, and enterprise clients. Ensure smooth execution of product launches, marketing initiatives, and client training programs.
- People Management: Supervise and mentor contractual staff involved in client acquisition and support functions. Build team capabilities to effectively handle technical and operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in fintech, digital payments, and corporate disbursement solutions.
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to execute plans efficiently and manage multiple business streams simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in B2B or enterprise sales environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise business sectors.
- Strong analytical skills combined with commercial acumen and experience in digital product management.
