1. JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company to achieve monthly sales, collection and Sellout targets /objectives. This role provides direction and leadership to the field sales staff while responsible for capturing market share within the Regional geography.

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description (List of Activities/duties)

  1. SO Plan & Implementation
    • Achieve assigned KPI Sell-out budget of Region
    • Support Area Sell-out team / Retail Supervisor / Promoters with day-to-day Sell-out operations.
  2. Credit Collection/AR
    • Responsible for Monthly collection KPI of assigned region/area.
    • Working closely with AR team to respond to credit and collection concerns with Existing and potential clients.
  3. Market research
    • Competitor product study and analysis
    • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
    • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  4. Team Management
    • Allocating Tasks to Sales Team (Daily / Weekly /Monthly)
    • Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard (against KPIs)
    • Organizing Training, Displays & Activity Chart with Sales Team
    • Discussing and resolving problems (Dealers / Floor Sales)
    • Carrying out performance reviews  (Sale-out / Sales-in / Collections)
    • Reporting to management
  5. Market Visit plan Visit the Market -- Frequency
    • Submit the Market Visit Plan (Own & All staff) to immediate Boss/NSM &HR on monthly basis.
    • Ensure that Sales Team is visiting the market & Potential Dealers on regular basis.

3. JOB CONTEXT:

Nature of business: Supervision of Regional Sales / Collection / Sellout / Market Intelligence / Product Training & Development. After Sales servicesTravel Requirement: Yes on regular basis to the dealers / HO visit etc.

4. COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal Relations: NSM / Sales Head / GM / AR Manager / NSC / MM / RSM / SC / HRExternal Relations: Dealers / Customers / ASP / Corporate Customers

5. DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY: Yes at regional level decision making authority given by the HO
