Key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Develop and achieve the sales volume/revenue targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channel and monitor the Sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different businesses of the Company.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department to ensure marketing tools are provided to the trade to increase brand visibility to achieve business objectives.
• Train, develop and motivate sales force to keep the performance level high.
• Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of Hayat Kimya products in the market and look for new opportunities in order to generate more business.
• Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate the execution of marketing & promotional activities in the market place to derive maximum benefits.
• Proven working experience of minimum 8 years (3 years as RSM) in FMCG preferably from Hygiene or Homecare Industry.
• Team Handling & motivational skills.
• Distribution Management.
• Customer Handling.
• Qualification: Graduate/ Masters from reputed institute.
