He or She will be responsible to overall plan, develop and direct brand processes with marketing efforts to increase the web traffic and outlet Foot fall for the sale of Unstitched, Stitched Kurtis (Pret) . He or she must focus on developing a brand’s profit and loss performance, Market Image and positioning compared to competitors.

He / She must have an excellent understanding of Facebook & Instagram, targeted audience & geographic market, strong creative, analytical and organization skills. He or she must also have a good handle on customer, demographics and market insights, including the ability to analyze market data, and he or she may be tasked with conducting consumer research. The position requires close collaboration, building partnerships, relationship and also bridging every communication, marketing campaign and promotion with current partners for 360-degree marketing, advertising and internal departments i.e. Sales, Social media team, Online technical support and COD field support teams

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall strategy, positioning and go-to-market plans of the products and promotional activities
  • Maintain and grow a digital-centric customer acquisition strategy that will account at least half of all sales acquisitions
  • In charge of digital customer acquisition and overall online sales 
  • Create new market segments to increase customer lifetime value
  • Optimized digital campaigns and CRM activities through big data analytics
  • Monitor market trends, research targeted/specific customer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  • Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and develop targeted consumer’s insights
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, selections and strategies
  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus through conventional, digital and influential marketing to get targeted population to “take action”
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Coach the team and get the best from everyone
  • In-house media planning for offline and online channels,
  • Responsible to manage all Internal and external communication 360 Degree Marketing platform i.e. Digital, Online and Conventional for Marketing which includes Website, Online Sales process, Discount programs, Partner Program, Social media, events and activations
  • Monitor product sales / Delivery, quality of service and customer reactions/feedback.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
