Rehman Patient Care is seeking dedicated and professional nurses to join a compassionate healthcare team located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate holds a Nursing Diploma or relevant qualification and has at least one year of experience in patient care or home nursing. This role requires providing exceptional care to patients, including elderly and homecare patients, by monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure and sugar levels, administering medications, and supporting their daily health needs with professionalism and empathy. The nurse must display excellent communication skills and maintain professional behavior at all times.
The position involves working day and night shifts, demonstrating flexibility and reliability. Candidates will also participate in managing and leading a team of 25 healthcare professionals, ensuring coordinated patient care and smooth operations within the team. The nurse must be responsible, caring, and punctual to meet the high standards of Rehman Patient Care's healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and observe patient responses to treatments.
- Assist elderly and homecare patients with their daily living activities and healthcare needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain care plans and address concerns.
- Maintain professional behavior and a compassionate attitude towards all patients and team members.
- Manage and coordinate with a team of 25 healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient information and care activities.
- Assist in identifying patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in patient care areas according to healthcare guidelines.
- Support continuity of care during shift changes by providing detailed handovers.
- Stay up-to-date with nursing best practices and participate in ongoing training activities.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work both day and night shifts as required by the team schedule.
