- Maintenance/repair schedule of all the machinery, electrical installations including HT/LT switch gears, DB’s utilities for smooth working.
- Manage & control Break-down maintenance in shortest possible time.
- Prepare & monitor Spare parts inventory for different Plant machinery.
- Suggest & implement improvements in Plant Machinery related to Electronics.
- Ability to work on Single / three phase lines
- Have very good understanding about control/relay logic, PLC, motor drives /Invertors.
- Familiar with installation and trouble shooting of electronic equipment’s sensors, proximities, PTM.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, ability to write reports in English.
- Generate the maintenance schedule with the help of maintenance manuals of machines.
- To submit the report of machines down time and inventory position to management on monthly bases.
- Submission of report of maintenance staff on performance based.
- Manage correct inventory of spares and parts.
- Coordination with production department to resolve the maintenance issues is necessary.
- To manage utilities issues like generator, compressors, air conditioners, material handling, and equipment’s, lighting issues and services of office equipment’s.
- Ability to work in pressure situation
