Position title: Project Intern
Location: Islamabad
Duration: 03 months
1- To consolidate different type of progress reports, coming from field offices for further consideration of management.
2- To obtain & consolidate work plans of all field offices and alert the management in case of any deviation.
3- Maintaining hard record / files of program section in country office
4- To compiles the data & information from field offices e.g case studies, newsletters material & project briefs etc.
5- Documentation of program related meetings in shape of minutes of meeting etc.
6- To help and support program team in event management e.g. staff meetings, annual planning & review meetings, meeting with other civil society organizations.
7- Organize and conduction of meetings and workshops with project stakeholders and internal project staffs.
8- Any other related tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Master Degree social Science or other relevant discipline
· Minimum 06 month work experience
· Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, MS Access and Outlook.
· Knowledge files management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
· Ability to work on tight deadlines.
