We are looking for an experienced Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Reltio MDM platform to meet enterprise data management requirements. This role demands a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with both business and IT stakeholders. The specialist will be instrumental in ensuring data quality, integration, and governance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and optimize the Reltio MDM platform to support changing business needs. Design and implement data models, hierarchies, and relationships within the Reltio environment to ensure accurate master data representation. Develop and manage integrations between Reltio and other enterprise systems using APIs and ETL tools. Continuously monitor data quality and implement improvements to comply with governance policies and industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data inconsistencies, platform performance, and integration challenges. Collaborate closely with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, provide training, and facilitate successful adoption of MDM solutions. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and operational processes. Stay updated on Reltio platform enhancements and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent technical education. Proven expertise in Reltio platform configuration and administration. Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality management principles. Experience with APIs, ETL tools, and integration frameworks to connect various systems. Familiarity with cloud technologies and SaaS platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Certification in Reltio MDM or related technologies is highly desirable. Experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing where master data management plays a critical role. Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages to support automation and data manipulation tasks.
