Floor Manager Required SPA/salon establishment Called Rene By Schazoo SPL
Our setup includes:
- SPA/Clinic Area with advanced machinery and technology from Europe for luxurious body treatments
- Seperate sections for Face, Skin,Hair,Nail and Make up.
- On the spot dermatologist Consultation
- Workshops by Celebrity Make Up artists and Aestheticians.
- Required to manage a team of minimum 25 individuals, including skilled and non-skilled workers
- Responsible for creating relevant schedules, grooming and motivating staff that is part of team
- Must be capable of achieving targets/goals set for sales and staff advancement
- Highest level of professionalism, groomed appearance and fluency in appropriate language
- Must be capable of convincing clients for sales and book appointments
- Must be able to conduct bridal and service consultations when/if needed
- Suggest and engage in innovative sales growth solutions
- Maintain the standards of operation set by the management committee
- Candidate must be at least 30 years of age.
Candidates with Salon/SPA Managment experience & knowledge will be prefered.
