Job-Opening at the Research Society of International Law
The Research Society of International Law, Pakistan (RSIL) invites applications for the position of Junior Research Associate at its Office in Islamabad.

Eligibility criteria:
· Hold an LL.B from a recognized University;
· Possess excellent written and spoken English language skills;
· Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint);
· Be able to undertake independent legal research;
· Must be able to work well in a team and multi-task.
The Junior Research Associate will work on a range of international and domestic legal issues pertaining to International Law.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct research on a range of international and domestic legal areas;
· Draft reports based on their research;
· Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions;
· Interact with clients and partners;
· Go to meetings, seminars, conferences and workshops (etc.) on behalf of RSIL and prepare notes on the same;
· Deliver presentations and lectures on matters of international law, etc;
· Assist in organizing workshops and conferences.

· A writing sample – 500 words, Times New Roman, 12 point font, justified. The sample does not need to be legal but must be on an area the applicant is passionate about.
