New York based hedge fund has been operating its Lahore office since 2014 and now wants to further strengthen its research team in Lahore. The research team in Lahore works closely with the New York team to analyze companies and recommend potential investments. Great opportunity to work closely with, and learn from experienced wall street analysts.
Primary job responsibilities:
Update pre-existing and build new financial Models
Analyze new companies
Financial statement analysis
Business model evaluation
Historical reporting and future projections
Reading 10-Q/10-Ks and other company filings to understand the business
Assess stocks for possible purchase or sale and help drive investment decisions.
Background & Skills:
Solid finance background and foundation, especially in accounting
In depth understanding of financial statements
Exceptional math and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (and perhaps SQL server or MS Access)
Extremely strong communication skills (in English)
Impeccable organizational skills are critical
