Resorsify is an Executive Search and an HR Consultancy firm and looking for Business Development Executive for one of its clients from Real Estate Industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively begin and engage sales calls to new prospects.
- Closes new business transactions by organizing requirements; establishing and negotiating contracts.
- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential clients; locating and researching prospects.
- Preserves the value of the organization by maintaining information privacy.
- Business production.
- Regular visits to potential customers.
- Exploring new business opportunities.
- Development of good customer banks.
- Development of at least 5 Business Associates (Real Estate Agents).
- Helping and supporting Business Associates to ensure that they meet the expectation of at least one sale per month.
- Regular visits and meetings with Business Associates and customers.
- Maintaining record of business activity and to submit daily report, weekly and monthly report.
- Interact with current strategic clients to clarify shared performance and growth expectations.
- Create and put into action new service-related strategies.
- Examine business needs to find new opportunities.
- Aids in the creation of annual sales targets.
- Aids in achieving monthly objectives.
- Create and deliver business plans by conducting research, creating market analysis, and producing accurate financial reports.
- Create a network for lead generation and referrals.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Sales or another relevant field
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
- Market research experience
- Proven ability to work independently
- A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
