• Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives.

  • Client Management- Ensure all necessary documentation is in place with the client and visit/interact with clients regularly to better understand their needs and the organization's culture.
  • Handle difficult clients/candidates diplomatically and maintain confidentiality.
  • Manage client database.
  • Understand the technical and personal competencies that the candidates must possess to be suitable for a specific position.
  • Lead and manage relationship management to ensure that the function is effectively contributing towards achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and thus, business objectives.
  • Ensure efficient execution of hiring road map with effective utilization of recruitment channels.
  • Assure availability of high-caliber Human Resources by maintaining a quality manpower data bank and establishing contacts with the industry's personnel outside the company and arranging for timely induction within Resorsify as well as for Resorsify’s client organization(s).
  • Ensure clients' business development, acquisition, retention & loyalty through quality service.
  • Facilitate client organizations in the development of Job Descriptions and Position Specifications for various benchmark and available positions.
  • Administer individual career and succession plans to ensure the availability of qualified backups for critical positions in the client’s organiza
