Job Description
- Resource Linked Private Limited is looking for an "Assistant Regional Operations Manager" for mutiple cities.
The incumbent will be responsible to:
- Attend daily morning meeting at distribution as per itinerary & share minutes with PM on weekly basis
- Visit markets on daily basis to check at least 3 merchandisers and submit reports accordingly
- Monitor dashboards regularly to meet standards/requirements of the project o Analyze PJP Rationalization & suggest changes backed by market reports o Manage all merchandiser related issues and keep Project Manager posted on them
- Provide attendance & HR data on month end of all merchandisers
- Provide reports by analyzing weekly progress of OSA, SOS & Planogram and successful stores’ issues)
- Maintain POSM/Assets tracker by distributor and client
Job Requirements
- Should hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree or above from reputable institution
- Should have experience of at least 3 to 4 years
- Should have team management, leadership, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Requires traveling within/outside city
