Summary:


Responsible for and leading SNAPPRETAIL Point of Sales Deployment and leading operations team to ensure shops are onboarded and well trained on using POS. Ensures various initiatives are executed in the field generating additional revenue streams for shopkeepers and SNAPPRETAIL.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


•             In Charge of SNAPPRETAIL Operational KPIs including Shop Onboarding for POS, training shopkeepers and developing their habit by monitoring GMV, no. of invoices, and healthy usage habit matrix.


•             Initiate, plan & lead potential projects for partnerships with suppliers, fintech & brands partners.


•             Ensure Field Operations including Acquisition Team & Dukan Coaches are hired, trained and optimized for effective deployment of POS. Make routes of team for track and trace their performance. Highlights improvement opportunities to improve operational effectiveness


•             Works with MIS, Admin & cross functional teams to ensure all required POS hardware is developed in time and made available within agreed implementation timing and in agreed customers.


•             Coordinate with MIS team and generate key Point-of-Sales analysis based on data gathered from POS and shares insights for internal and external stakeholders after analysis including shops segment wise sales trends, category analysis, supplier aggregation analysis etc.


•             Development of POS deployment target, Forecasting, consolidation and tracking.


•             Ensures smooth implementation of all product development features in coordination with Technology teams.


•             Identify area of opportunities to ensure timely executions of initiatives.
