Resource Linked Private Limited is looking to hire experienced retail individuals (who have had worked in retail stores) for a multinational client.

Position Title:     Convenience Retail Coach

Location:             Islamabad, Lahore and Multan

Job Description

  •   Implement client's Global Brand Standards in the participating stores/marts
  •   Implement merchandising standards and store layout
  •   Implement operational excellence and maintain
  •   Implement store check and balances, food safety standards, HACCP and HSSE
  •   Maintain store look & feel
  •   Lead relationship management with retailer, site operator, client's sales and category team
  •   Coach site staff on merchandising & store operations excellence 
  •   Fill purchasing gaps by aligning with suppliers and making sure relevant stock is always available on stores 
  •   Effectively interact with relevant stakeholders and keep them updated

Qualification

  •   BBA/MBA from a reputable institution

Experience

  •   3 – 4 Years (Must have store management & floor management experience in a well-known modern trade outlet)
  •   Must have good supplier contacts in the FMCG network and some purchasing experience

Who can apply?
