- Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment process by identifying candidates conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Share monthly fluctuations with the insurance company
- Provide monthly analysis of insurance data to the HOD
- Generate reports of insurance client wise
- Make dashboard on monthly basis for each client
- Responsible to coordinate for insurance reimbursement claims
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may have
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist of at least 2 to 3 years
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Humble and composed personality with positive energy
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- BBA/MBA in HR
