Resource Linked is looking for an “HR Supervisor” for one of our clients.
Location: DHA Phase 2, Karachi
Position Type: Permanent (Day time)
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience (recruitment of field force)
Salary: 20 to 25K + Medical/Life Insurance + Expense Reimbursement (Fuel) For Official Visits + SIM Card
This person will be responsible to:
- Visit stores of clothing brands to gather resumes of retail sales staff
- Update database of all candidates
- Coordinate will the candidates to satisfy the queries
- Shortlist and schedule candidates for interview
- Maintain a good relationship with the candidates
- Suggest ideas to maximize results
