- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Manage active directory and set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Resolve Microsoft Windows 10 issues generated via Support ticket management system.
- Provide Proper resolution of User Level Issues Windows Profile Issue, windows repair user backup restoration.
- Support office staff or remote site staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or remotely to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Prioritize and manage many open support tickets/Emails at one time.
- Manage meeting and conference rooms and handle day to day meetings.
- Documentation and inventory management.
Technical Support Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience with general deskside support and physical Desktop PC installations.
- Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS.
- Good Knowledge of technologies like Microsoft, Cisco, and Virtualization.
- Sound knowledge on IP addressing schemes, Domain, AD, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
- Working as part of a team and operating in a fast-paced General Shifts
- Good written and verbal communication.
