Job duties:
- Sales Target Achievement.
- Knowledge of respective category market sizing.
- Main Market, submarkets, Side Packets, SOHO’s.
- Account Wise – turnover, customer footfall, average unit selling point, spend on marketing etc.
- Coaching/Mentoring of Account Executives.
- Scheduling of Account Executives.
- Discipline (doing 6 meetings every day along with Account Exec’s, being on time).
- Manage Key accounts.
- Guide account executives on how to discuss response + pending inventory.
