Job Duties:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Analyze PJP Rationalization & Beat Sizes to potentially utilize resources
- Monitor data quality, integrity and QC rejection rate
- Lead, evaluate and develop team members to enhance performance
- Conduct Market Visits, Back Checks & provide On Job Training to ensure effective service delivery
- Resolve technological issues & lead developments to run smooth operations
- Handle all resource-related issues such as attendance, payroll, devices etc.
- Communicate with Trade Marketing/Sales Team to take clarity on project brief/requirements
- Update client on competitor’s product, price, sales, activities & nature of contracts
- Monitor KPIs and suggest necessary changes for progress
- Ensure reports are shared as per reporting infrastructure through requested channels
