Responsibilities
- Assisting the Retail Store Manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
- Coordinating retail store operations with the team members
- Ensuring store schedules and objectives are met
- Tracking the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Analyzing consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
- Handling complaints from customers
- Using information to update the store’s merchandise by doing research on emerging products
- Implementing visual merchandising standards of Freshly for customers convenience
Qualification
- An ideal candidate should have an Intermediate Degree from a reputable institution
Experience
- An ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience (preferably from retail stores)
