Responsibilities
- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control and ordering
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
- Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning
- overseeing pricing and stock control
- Processing customer complaints, comments and feedback while working to resolve any issues
- Organizing and executing promotions, sales events and innovative business processes
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation of each product (fresh or non-fresh)
- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff of the store
- Executing flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and making merchandising adaptations where needed
