We are a Call Center located in the heart of Bahria town Lahore, We are looking for someone who has a fairly good grasp of all HR functions, and theoretical understanding of why certain policies are implemented and what are the pros and cons of those decisions.

Someone with interest in Psychology and has previously done hiring using Jungian (MBTI) or Big 5/Hexaco Model would be a big plus.Past experience in IT or BPO industry would be a plus, but not necessary

Recruitment would be your main role, policies, revising contracts, etc would come later but that would depend if you have enough dynamic understanding of the whole organization's ecosystem
