We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to directly report to the directors in UK office and handle all matters related to finance/accounts in an effective manner.
Responsibilities include, but not be limited to:
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Meet all corporate and statutory reporting requirements
- Timely and accurate month end close within agreed deadlines
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely processing of all transactions
- Ensure all balance sheet accounts controlled and reconciled
- Ensure profit and loss accounts are a true representation of company performance
- Ensure all statutory finance and tax requirements are met
- Prepare year-end financial statements
- Ensure clean annual audit opinion
- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
- Predicting future financial trends
- Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
- Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
- Analyzing market trends and competitors
- Develop and manage budgetary control system and processes
- Preparation of monthly management finance reports
- Manage capital investment analysis
- Ad hoc financial analysis as required
- Ensure company financial systems and processes are robust, compliant and support both current activities and future growth plans
End to end cash management responsibility including AP, AR, payroll and 3rd party payments
- Self-starter and Team player
- Responsive to the needs of both internal and external customers.
