This Position Requires someone who can work In office administration, Handle basic HR queries and Perform Front Desk Activities.
- Have fair knowledge of MS Office, Specially in Microsoft Excel.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as calling, filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Perform Basic HR duties Like scheduling interviews, maintaining Leaves and employee records.
- Perform other receptionist duties as required.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
