Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to Sr. E-Commerce Manager,
Responsibilities of the E-Commerce Analyst include:
- Manage listings (product on-boarding & management) including catalogue specifications, product description, images, and prices uploading & adjustments for Ecommerce Marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, etc., as well as company’s own Magento-based E-Commerce webstores.
- Create listings as needed, ensuring products are accurately priced, photographed, and described.
- Make all listings as informative and appealing as possible.
- Monitor and optimize live listings daily and make suggestions to improve listing performance and health.
- Update Inventory on all marketplaces & e-stores and maintain large online product catalogs.
- Coordinate with Marketplaces/ e-Commerce portals with catalogues and ensure individual and bulk listings.
- Handle day-to-day tasks to contribute to the overall growth of each client on all platforms, ensuring quality of product detail pages and making recommendations for online marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelors
Key Requirements:
- Strong Ms. Excel skills.
- Knowledge of online selling platforms Like Ebay and Amazon
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Good English verbal and written communications skills
Preferred Skills
- Basic image editing skills (cut, crop, resize) using Adobe Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Experience with Magento platform will also be an added advantage.
