Rapid Supplies Middle East, a global leader in hospitality products, is looking to hire a Revenue Collections Officer to join their team in Karachi. This position is suited for female candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience or fresh graduates eager to gain practical exposure in receivables management, client coordination, and financial operations within an international business setting. The role is based in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, and offers a monthly stipend ranging from PKR 40,000 to 45,000. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with alternate Saturdays off. Immediate joining is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Make and receive calls related to payments and invoices, maintaining professional communication with clients.
- Issue tax invoices and proforma invoices as requested by clients.
- Maintain and regularly update the receivables sheet to accurately track expected collections.
- Participate in daily meetings with the supervisor to discuss progress and resolve challenges.
- Coordinate effectively with Finance, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to support smooth payment and delivery processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance (completed).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with any accounting or ERP software.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in receivables management; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Punctual, proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented.
- Based in Karachi and comfortable with on-site work.
- Available for immediate joining.
