Job Description
We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer with at least 3+ years of experience building framework-based PHP based web applications (Not just Wordpress websites).
The selected candidate would join a team of talented developers who work closely with creative directors, designers, and account service professionals to take our product to the next level in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build, test, maintain, and troubleshoot product features.
Required Skills:
- Framework experience (Yii, Laravel, or Code Igniter), PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS Javascript, jQuery Healthy obsession with web standards; especially Yii coding standards.
- Strong knowledge of MVC and its design patterns.
- Strong Knowledge of web application security.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT.
- Knowledge of Web API's and Curl.
- Proficient in maintaining code standards and code documentation.
- MYSQL - Should have expertise in writing SQL queries, joins, optimization, etc.
- Ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
- Willingness to be a part of a team of developers where sharing knowledge is a priority.
- Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple long-term projects along with often urgent smaller tasks while tracking time accurately against budgeted hours.
- Ongoing interest in leading-edge web development technologies
