- Submitting requesting into shipping lines on web for Loading program & arranging the Loading programs (CRO) from all lines
- Immediately forwarding the CRO’s to shippers Parties
- Also working up on Booking Numbers by tagging of container Numbers against booking Numbers
- Updating the Climax entries by bookings of shipments after vessel sail out
- Forwarding current status of shipments to shippers about ETA, ETD at destinations.·
- After sending CRO to shippers collecting the B/L format from shippers & working upon B/L accordingly
- Submitting Shipping instructions (S.I) EDI & ENS in the overall shipping lines, and the proceed of Issuance of Bill Of Lading from all shipping lines
- Generating the Invoices of shipping Lines & shippers
- Working upon pricing as buying rates & selling rates
- Container Tracking & updating the status of Containers from stuffing to Load on Vessel
- Also printing and releasing (HBL) House Bill of Lading as per requirement of exporters & importers
- Also printing Master B/Ls of carrier’s as: Hapag, Safmarine, Maersk and CMA CGM
- Reporting to US Custom with respect to (AMS) Advanced Manifest Security filling in the overall sectors of U.S
- Also working up on importers Security filling & provide (ISF) detail to Shippers / Buyers
- Maintaining filling system according to Job
- Good conversation with foreign agents regarding shipments pre alert docs & filing manifestation
- Collecting Bank Documents from Customers for B/L issuance/process
- Working carefully up on From E No, Authority letter & NOC & PRC certificates
