- To advise Senior Management on all legal matters
- Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the organization
- Assess the legal risk that may arise during organization's business activities and ensure
- that organizations activities comply with applicable laws and regulations
- To provide solutions within legal framework for smooth achievement of business objectives
- Provide legal opinion to other departments
- Draft Business contracts and agreements
- Review contracts and agreements
- To Co-ordinate with the local authorities, external law firms on court proceedings.
- Respond to legal notices
- Follow-up on law suites/litigation
Qualification:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 2-4 years of relevant experience

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines
- Excellent Problem solving
- Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office applications
