Job Description

Rex Machinery is looking for individuals to manage office accounts, provide financial information to management and analyze data.

Skills/abilities required but not limited to are as follows:

·         Document financial transactions (invoices, quotations, sales/purchase orders etc)

  •          Use and manage company’s accounting software
  •          Pull financial reports, give statistical results and suggest way forwards for key financial decisions.
  •          Should have good analytical skills
  •          Keep track of company sales/purchases/inventory levels and credit terms 
  •          Meet financial accounting objectives
  •          Computer Literacy including MS Office, especially Excel
  •          Should be willing to learn new software’s
  •          If candidate has knowledge of any design software (Photoshop, CorelDraw X7 etc) will be a bonus.
