Rex Machinery is looking for individuals to manage office accounts, provide financial information to management and analyze data.

Skills/abilities required but not limited to are as follows:

· Document financial transactions (invoices, quotations, sales/purchase orders etc)

Use and manage company’s accounting software
Pull financial reports, give statistical results and suggest way forwards for key financial decisions.
Should have good analytical skills
Keep track of company sales/purchases/inventory levels and credit terms
Meet financial accounting objectives
Computer Literacy including MS Office, especially Excel
Should be willing to learn new software’s
If candidate has knowledge of any design software (Photoshop, CorelDraw X7 etc) will be a bonus.
