Rex Machinery is looking for talented individuals to mange office accounts, provide financial information to management and analysis of data. Skills/abilities required but not limited to are as follows:

  • Document financial transactions (invoices, quotations, sales/purchase orders etc)
  • Use and manage company's accounting software
  • Pull financial reports, give statistical results and suggest a way forward for key financial decisions.
  • Should have good analytical skills
  • Keep track of company sales/purchases/inventory levels and credit terms
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
