- Requirement of candidates are as follows
- Manage daily production
- Individual should have technical knowledge/ ability to trouble shoot problems
- Achieve daily targets
- Manage procurement of material
- Preparing and arranging weekly reports
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Craniate need not have any prior experience as manager of factory operation.
- Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and manage a large work force of people and deliver expected daily production targets are very much encouraged to apply.
