Rexen Cosultancy is looking for young and energetic individual who's excellent in communication and has excellent command over English language.
Job Location: Islamabad
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end shipment process for all shipments
- Identify cost-effective logistics solutions
- Prepare all documentation required appropriate to the shipment to facilitate transit
- Proactively monitor the status of shipments, identify and deal with any issues as they arise or escalate appropriately
- Proactively Manage costs at all times through planning cost-effective and appropriate shipment solutions which don't compromise on the quality of our services
- Stock Reconciliation
- Inventory costing
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in relevant field
- A strong educational background at least graduated
- Fluent in spoken and written English language (MUST)
- Excellent computing skills: Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (power queries and Pivot Tables), PowerPoint and ERP systems at a high standard
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly numerate with experience working in an analytical position
- Excellent data management skill
