- We are looking for a qualified Business Development Manager with a detailed and intimate knowledge of design, UI and UX in tandem with the software development life cycle for bespoke software development services. Working with prospects based in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, USA & Canada, you will be required to convert their design and software development needs into extremely well written, costed proposals.
- The ideal candidate is specialized in creating bespoke design and software solutions for a range of purposes in an agile way that meets brief and budget with outstanding customer service at its heart.
- You will be selling these services to small, medium and large enterprises and understand the process for selling a piece of software that is going to be designed and developed from the ground up.
- Working at a senior level position in the sales team, you will collaborate with our in-house designers, developers and project managers and handle pre-sales’ communications and relationships.
- You will report directly to the board.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Strategise to drive new business as well as maximizing existing client relationships
- Present our company to potential clients
- Meet sales targets and goals
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
- Proactively seek new business opportunities online and sell software design and development services to potential new clients
- Coordinate with internal colleagues and clients for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Qualification Requirements
- High achieving educational background
- At least 3 yrs’ experience in business development for bespoke software solutions
- A comprehensive understanding of the SDLC, and ability to gather functional and technical requirements for bespoke software development projects
- A thorough understanding of the importance of design and UI/UX in bespoke development projects
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent client facing and internal written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organisational skills including multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web technologies.
- Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player.
