• As the Creative Lead, working closely with the heads of Digital Marketing and Software Development teams, you will provide expert guidance and ideas to help launch new and innovative projects.
• You will be actively involved in a wide variety of development projects and lead the auditing of UI/UX thereby ensuring an enhanced user experience.
• You will be a natural communicator, readily able to share your imaginative vision and automatically become the focal point of reference for creative planning and implementation of ideas across external client and internal company projects.

Developing the overall design elements of a project, overseeing the creation of art elements, and ensuring that the final product matches or exceeds the original design concept

Duties And Responsibilities;

• Overseeing multiple (design) projects from concept to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on the work before it’s presented
• Taking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the agency or department
• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in a variety of diverse creative projects and oversee them to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers and speak directly with clients to obtain knowledge of the requirements.
• Devise content according to different locations during the production of global materials while taking into account practical considerations and understanding regional variations.
• Forge strong working relationships with the digital/marketing and software development teams, clients, and project managers for the flawless execution of deliverables.
• Design optimizations/new features for web applications, day-to-day campaigns, and multiple design deliverables involving interactive components, page layouts, logos, icons etc.
• Lead regular brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
• Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs.
• Present, or oversee, presentations of final concepts
• Create artwork conforming to the provided style and content specifications.
• Advise clients and leadership on all technical/visual recommendations or issues.
• Innovate the latest in visual solutions from story boarding to final product.
• Communicate project design status to key stakeholders including clients and Rezaid’s senior management team.
• Utilize all internal/external resources to ensure an efficient workflow process of projects while meeting budget and timelines.

Qualification Requirements

• High achieving educational background
• At least 3 years of experience as creative lead or in a similar creative role.
• Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development.
• Excellent working knowledge of software products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and XD etc.
• A keen eye for detail
• Excellent client facing skills, including written, and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including multi-tasking
• Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player.
• Must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills.
• Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
