Summary:

Rezaid is seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Lahore office. Working in an agile software development environment, the individual will be the sole person responsible for developing, initiating, creating and overseeing a long-term digital marketing strategy.

We’re looking for someone with experience in copywriting, art direction and social media who is now ready to step up to the challenge of developing and leading a company’s entire digital strategy.

You will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to manage integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will lead the marketing team, and work with supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media

Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure brand consistency in all we do

Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Report directly to the managing director

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Research, create and share well written content appropriate for targeted networks to spread our brand

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence,

Skills/Requirements

BS/MS degree in digital marketing or a related field

Minimum of five years digital marketing experience in B2B digital marketing with at least 2 yrs in a management role

Must have an attractive and engaging style of blog/copy writing

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media campaigns

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Experience working with Wordpress CMS

A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is preferred but not essential

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts is an integral part of the job

Speaking skills: These will mainly be deployed internally. You will need to be able to explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and what their marketing application is

Video editing skills: Website and social media content will not just be text but frequently visual as well

Web development skills: You will need sound knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, strong knowledge of search engine optimization and advanced Word and PowerPoint skills

Project management skills: You will need to be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines
