Rezaid is looking for an experienced creative UI/UX designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients’ needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of solutions, including websites, social media posts, corporate identity etc.
The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, to support our clients. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running on his/her arrival. You will be part of an established digital marketing team that includes, web developers, designers, social media experts and content writers, and video editing expertise.
If you can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other visually impactful designs then this role could be your ideal job, and we’d like to hear from you. We encourage applicants to share samples of their work or portfolio when applying.
Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality designs that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness. You will be joining a supportive team motivated to recognise your creative skills and you will be working with an international client base across a multitude of business sectors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as part of a team, consulting with the marketing manager, copywriters, developers and social media experts to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients’ corporate goals
- Create visually appealing marketing materials, websites, infographics and other media
- Design with a wide range of media and graphic design software
- Think creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Prepare rough drafts, present your ideas and designs
- Amend final designs to clients’ feedback, and gain full approval
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX designer.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (4+ years)
- Highly proficient in all design aspects
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline
