Responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service encompassing Organizational Development, Manpower Recruitment, Orientation, Training, Remuneration, Employee Relations, General Administration & Security.
Major Responsibilities:
- To Implement HR & Admin Policies & Procedures, Performance Management System.
- Direct and supervise all HR functions including Organizational development, HR systems, Policy and Procedures implementation, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management,
- Employee Relations and Administrative Services.
- Manage Organization wide recruitment and selection function for all 3 companies.
- Responsible for execution of HRIS, payroll and overtime
- Responsible for Industrial Relations i.e. EOBI, PESSI and Labor department and dealing with all government departments and legal issues as and when required for Employee/ Labor relations.
- Responsible for conducting annual Seminars, quarterly Events, Travel arrangements etc
- Responsible for General Management & Administration, Housekeeping, Security, Cafeteria, Petty
- Purchase for Admin & Cafeteria (Head Office, & Factories).
