Company Introduction:
We are an EU based consulting firm working with cutting edge technologies like Elixir and Go to create modern web applications for clients all over the world. In addition to Elixir and Go we also provide custom tailored solutions to clients in Ruby on Rails, Django and .Net framework. We have recently launched our setup in Pakistan and we are looking for a talented and confident individuals to meet the client's needs and help us create and ship products effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
● Develop new products and applications
● Improve existing engineering and server operation processes
● Translate functional requirements to code
● Identify scaling bottlenecks and propose solutions
● Enhance testability of our applications and APIs
● Give technical feedback on early concepts
● Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
● Research, benchmark, and evaluate new technologies
● Write maintainable and modular code
Requirements
● Ruby on Rails/Django/Asp.net - You need to have worked with either of the MVC frameworks over a couple of product cycles to know the best practices. Experience with Elixir or Go is a huge plus.
● Software Design Patterns - You should have honed your problem solving skills by mastering software design patterns. Like a skillful tactician, know what strategy is suitable for its relevant contexts
● Front-End Familiarity - You need to be familiar with front-end basics in order to be amazing at the backend.
● Passion for Product Development - Yes, we love building products, show us what you have built with your blood & sweat
● Basic understanding of how to deploy web applications to VPS and Dedicated instances. Experience with Docker
