We are looking for the services of "Marketing / Business Developmet Manager".
Required experience
- At least two years’ experience related to marketing business development sector
- Proficient in English (Both in Lingual and Written Communication, Able to Communicate with foreigners )
- Should have command on basic computer programs (Outlook, TeamViewer, Skype, Google Docs, office )
- MUST have the experience with stress management and team leading.
- MUST be willing to travel to other cities on field activities.
Major Job Responsibilities
- Understand the company’s goal and objectives to enhance the company’s performance.
- Assist the office management in creating localized polices and effective functioning of operations.
- For assisting office management in outdoor sales and operational support.
- Check our services/products and make them attractive as per the market demand.
- To develop marketing strategies and create the ideas and content for marketing material
- Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Research the market competitors for our products.
- Create promotional content for our products.
- Create strategy to convert potential leads into clients.
- Explore the demand and competition in new markets for our products.
- 11) Create training material for sales and operation teams.
- 12) Manage client data, client queries, sales activities and marketing campaigns.
- 13) Manage and regulate the client portals in company Database and CRM.
Additional duties (This can be often)
- Ready to act as assistant to senior management as per need
- Ready to act as sales representative as per need
- Ready to act as social media manager as per need
- Ready to work with designing and social media teams to create powerful digital ads and other social media campaign
