Please note that we are looking for a senior professional, with strong negotiation skills and appreciable PR.
We are working in the area of overseas education, business and tourism. Our company is promoting Russia in the described areas among all the foreign countries.
Now we are looking for experienced team for expanding our sales in Pakistan in the said areas.
Pay Grade : Expected salary will be from 70k to 100k per month + healthy commissions and Performance based incentives will also be applicable.
In-experienced people should not apply at all.
- To manage and organize official meetings with potential clients, in office or outside the office as per demand.
- To evaluate and allocate budget resources for marketing promotions
- To design and implement disciplinary policy and define performance standards for effective running of office daily affairs.
- To manage the marketing policies for enhancing the company business in Pakistan.
- To research new potential markets for the promotion of company business.
- To advise and assist company director in all professional and possible ways over all the regional company operations.
- To advise and assist higher management of company for managing the corporate and strategic affairs in the region.
- To consult our potential clients in office and converting the leeds into our confirm clients.
As SENIOR MANAGER SALES, you are required to perform the following additional duties
- Be ready to take responsibilities of all subordinates working under your supervision.
- Be prepared to attend any event inside or outside the country as per demand.
- Be prepared to launch and organise staff training programs.
- Be ready to arrange weekly and monthly meetings
- Be ready to act under the instruction of directors of the company
