Job Title: LONG TERM Inside Sales Consulting Position with High Growth Potential (100% Work from Home Position)
Salary Range: $1000 - $1100 USD Per Month + Bonuses
After the first successful YEAR at Rich Technology Group, upon hitting certain milestones and sales metrics, the candidate will be given an immediate raise of +$200 per month at the start of the 13th month.
Rich Technology Group is a top business phone and internet services reseller for the leading telecom and internet services providers in the United States.
The sales professional will be responsible for consulting with existing leads and recommending the right business phone and internet services based on their training and our guidance. NO outside sales, cold calling or cold emailing is required for this position. ALL leads will be provided by the company on a daily/weekly basis and it will be the Candidate’s duty to consult directly with each business customer via phone and/or video meetings.
Rich Technology Group will provide an approximate 1-2 month training and onboarding process with the Candidate, to teach them our EXTREMELY simple & unique process of matching each business client (lead) with the right phone and internet service providers based on their needs and our recommendations.
Candidate will be provided a virtual business phone number (VOIP), corporate email, CRM & calendar system for appointment setting.
Skills Required for this Job:
Proficiency in the English language must be EXCELLENT! Business level or better!
Minimum Bachelors or Masters (or both) are required for this position.
At least 3-5 years of experience or more in sales, customer service or call center setting.
Exceptional followup skills via phone and email REQUIRED!
Availability during 9 am - 5 pm Eastern USA Time (this working time is NON-negotiable)
CRITICAL Technical Job Requirements:
Must have reliable high speed internet service! To be more specific, it must be broadband or fiber with a MINIMUM of 10-12 Megabytes of higher bandwidth and PING of NO less than 200 milliseconds. Local wireless fed broadband internet IS NOT allowed, as it will not support our applications, so if you have any sort of shared wireless or satellite internet, this will NOT be sufficient.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Rich Technology Group will THOROUGHLY test the candidates internet connection quality remotely before this position is awarded!
The Candidate will be provided with a NEW laptop from the company SPECIFICALLY for non-personal corporate use ONLY. This laptop will either be sourced locally (and candidate reimbursed for 100% of the cost) or it will be shipped directly to a FedEx or UPS pickup location via Amazon for the candidate to retrieve immediately upon hire.
Candidate will be provided a virtual business phone number (VOIP), corporate email address, CRM access & calendar system for appointment setting.
