Responsibilities
- Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently using GPS navigation and mobile mapping applications.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all packages are delivered within designated timeframes.
- Handle packages carefully to avoid damage during transport and delivery.
- Use courier management software to track package status and update delivery information timely.
- Communicate promptly and courteously with customers to confirm delivery details and address inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures or proof of delivery where required.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines during deliveries.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback to management promptly.
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safe operation during deliveries.
- Operate independently without direct team management, demonstrating strong self-discipline and accountability.
